The material here is a mixture of post-consumer plastics — collected in Hudson County, sorted, and processed into printable stock in our own studio. What goes into a batch depends on what comes back, so every piece is labeled with what it is made of.

    Collect & sortSingle-use PET collected from recycling streams in Hudson County, plus PLA scrap from partner makerspaces. Sorted by color, washed, dried.

    Shred & extrudeCollected material is shredded and re-extruded as 1.75 mm filament. Each batch carries the color of what came in — we never dye over it.
  • 03
    Print & finishPrinted large-format in-studio — most of these forms can’t be made any other way. Hand-finished, inspected, and shipped from Jersey City.
